WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION
Before we meet online, please prepare a warm, comfortable place so you can fully receive and feel safe to let go and surrender.Ā
A private, quiet spot to lie down, a sofa or bed, loose comfortable clothing, a blanket and pillow, and eye mask if you prefer complete darkness.Ā You may like to light a candle or burn essential oils.
Please wear headphones for the best sound quality.
Weā€™ll meet online, setting the intention and I will call in an angel to work with us during the session, I will begin a short meditation focussing on your breathing, letting go of any tension, followed by alchemy crystal sound where you can enter a deep state of relaxation. I will use a mix of bowls, my own voice and light language, playing the bowls.Ā After which I will guide you gently back, grounding your energy as you gently begin to move your body.
We can then discuss your alchemy experience.
